Triukšmo izoliacija „Autoshim Mix 8 mm“ yra putplasčio medžiaga, pagaminta iš lankstaus poliuretano putplasčio, susmulkinto į dulkes ir suspaustu aukštu slėgiu bei suklyjuota su chemiškai aktyviais klijais. 

Noise Isolation Autoshim Mix 8 mm is a foam material made of flexible polyurethane foam crushed into flakes and glued together with chemically active adhesives under high pressure. In simple words, this is a well-known dense foam rubber crushed into fine chips and glued with a special adhesive under high pressure. Due to this, the new material has a higher density and wear resistance than regular foam rubber, and the thermal noise insulation properties have increased by more than 2 times (assuming the same material thickness).
